Deputy governor professor Kaletapwa Farauta was among the prominent personalities who attended the funeral service of late Pharmacist Christopher Sofore, reminding the living that death is inevitable.
The deceased was the immediate past chairman of the Numan local government area of Adamawa state.
Deputy Governor Professor Kaletapwa Farauta, alongside other government officials, were at LCCN Cathedral Numan to bid farewell to late Pharmacist Christopher Sofore as his remains were laid to rest.

She extended the sympathy and condolences of the Adamawa state government to the bereaved family, the Bachama kingdom and the entire Numan federation.
Professor Farauta prayed the spirit of the deceased to rest with God, and the family fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
The deputy governor said late pharmacist Christopher Sofore has played his part in service to God and humanity and by extension, to the growth and development of Numan and the state in general, praying God to raise someone to fill in the vacuum created
Quoting from the book of Romans chapter 14:10-12 among other scriptures, the preacher Reverend Vess Paul Demsa drew the attention of the congregation that everybody must give account of his or her deeds, hence the need for the living to live a worthy and truthful life while still alive.

She tasked Christians to fear God and obey His commandments, for there is no chance after death.
A special prayer was offered to the family of the deceased for God’s guidance, comfort and protection.
Born in 1962 and passed away on 1st September 2024 at the age of 62, pharmacist Christopher Sofore was buried at his ancestral home, Gamadio, Numan local government area of Adamawa state.
