Vunobolki Seeks Adamawa Muslim Council’s Blessings for Governorship Bid

Governorship aspirant, Chief Dr. Maurice Michael Vunobolki, has paid a consultation visit to the Adamawa State Muslim Council, seeking prayers and support for his ambition to lead the state.
Addressing members of the council, Vunobolki said it was important for him to begin his political journey by seeking the blessings and prayers (du’a) of Islamic clerics and respected community leaders. He emphasized his commitment to transparency, fairness, and equality if elected as governor.
“I consider it necessary to first seek the prayers and guidance of religious leaders whose roles in shaping society remain invaluable,” he said.
The Chairman of the council, Mallam Gambo M. Jika, welcomed the aspirant and his delegation, commending his past contributions during his tenure as Coordinator of the Multi-Sectoral Crisis Recovery Project (MCRP).
