Hildebrand, Professor of Theology, Vice President of Academic Affairs of the Franciscan University of Steubenville, OHIO, USA and Mr. Steve Rasche, Director of Institute for Catholic Humanitarian Service, Franciscan University of Steubenville, OHIO, USA commended the learning institution for outstanding performance on education and sound morals.
