KANO TRADE FAIR: Dangote to sponsor 1,000 Exhibitors.

The Dangote Group has announced its participation in the Kano International Trade Fair, scheduled to take place from November 22 to December 6, 2025.

A statement from Anthony Chiejina, Group Chief Branding and Communication Officer of the company, confirmed that Dangote is both sponsoring and fully participating in the annual event, which is expected to attract over a thousand exhibitors from around the globe.

“Kano is central to our overall business interests and is a hub of commerce, not only in Nigeria but in Africa as a whole,” he stated.

Mr Chiejina noted that Kano is home to one of the large-scale rice mills being developed by the company. He also mentioned that additional rice milling plants are being established in Jigawa, Zamfara, Niger, Kebbi, and Sokoto States, with a combined total milling capacity of 1.5 million tonnes per annum. This effort aligns with the government’s food security initiatives.
