The Principal Special Assistant to Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri on Media and Communications, George Kushi, led a media briefing to underscore the administration’s impactful activities, which have sometimes been overshadowed despite the attention given to physical infrastructure projects.
George Kushi emphatically highlighted the administration’s initiatives benefiting rural communities across the state, such as the establishment of electricity, rural roads, and medical facilities.
He also emphasized Adamawa’s pioneering efforts in implementing a 70k minimum wage, social investment schemes, intercity and community transportation, and security measures.
The governor’s unwavering commitment to leaving no one behind and touching every sector was forcefully emphasized.
From the northernmost to the southernmost fringes of the state, rural communities are reaping the benefits promised by Governor Ahmadu Fintiri. Since not many have had the opportunity to explore the countryside, it is necessary to shift focus from the glitzy transformations in urban centres to the hinterland and assess the progress happening there.

“Already, events in these rural areas indicate a decline in rural-urban migration as agriculture experiences a boom. Electricity, rural roads, and medical facilities are being established at an unprecedented pace. These developments are being felt by the rural dwellers, and it is crucial to keep our urban residents informed of the progress being made across the far-flung parts of the state. Today, Governor Fintiri can confidently claim to have fulfilled his promises to the electorate”
” Adamawa, under Governor Fintiri, has been a trailblazer in Nigeria. The implementation of a seventy-thousand-naira minimum wage came like a bolt from the blue at a time when some governors were still deliberating the issue. As in the past, this administration has remained persistent on policies that positively impact the people. As Adamawa leads, others will surely follow”

Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Humwashi Wonosikou, lauded the governor for redefining the state’s narrative and instilling pride in its citizens.
He described Governor Fintiri as a game-changer who came prepared with a blueprint, setting him apart and leaving the people in awe of his transformative work.
Also speaking, Special Adviser to the Governor on Inter-party Affairs, Bala Jada, commended the administration for its inclusive governance, which has united the party and encouraged opposition parties to engage with the administration.
Furthermore, the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Public Affairs, Barr Sunday Wugira, unequivocally acknowledged the unprecedented development in various sectors.

However, he noted that the people are eager for more progress, firmly believing that the Governor can achieve even greater accomplishments.
The session concluded with a dynamic question-and-answer segment.
